With less than 48 hours to go before Bigg Boss 3 goes on air, scribes are scrambling to uncover the list of participants. Among the new names to have cropped up are that of seasoned actress Farah Naaz, Shamita Shetty and the husband wife duo of Bakhtiyaar and Tanaaz Irani.

Shamita's manager John claimed to have no idea about his client participating in Bigg Boss. Other celebs remained unavailable for comment.
Interestingly, Bigg Boss always invites 13 strangers to its house. So, having a couple (Bakhtiyaar-Tanaaz) does go against the nature of the show. There's a former couple too in Farah and Vindoo Dara Singh. The duo had married in the early 90s but it didn't last long.

As for Shamita Shetty, She started with a hit Mohabbatein but it was Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan who were instrumental in the film's success. Since then, her film career has never quite kicked off. Recently, she was in the news for her alleged proximity to cricket legend Shane Warne, who captains the Indian Premier League team Rajasthan Royals where her sister Shilpa has a stake.

Earlier, we've reported on the likes of Jaya Sawant, Chunkey Pandey, Loveleen Mishra, Poonam Jatau, Amit Dua, Raju Srivastav, Deepika Chikhalia, Sherlyn Chopra and Puneet Israni participating in the show. Well, the gates to Bigg Boss house will open tomorrow. So, we'll know who's in and who is not.
